Products and Completed. Operations insurance shall be maintained for a minimum period of at least one (1) year(s) after either ninety (90) days following the date of Substantial Completion or final payment, whichever is earlier.
Products and Completed. Operations Insurance shall be maintained for a minimum period of three (3) years after completion of the work and Contractor shall continue to provide evidence of such coverage to Owner on an annual basis during the aforementioned period.
