Products/Completed Operations Coverage. Products/completed operations coverage shall extend a minimum of three (3) years after project completion. Coverage shall be included on behalf of the insured for covered claims arising out of the actions of independent contractors. If the insured is using subcontractors, the Policy must include work performed “by or on behalf” of the insured. Policy shall contain no language that would invalidate or remove the insurer’s duty to defend or indemnify for claims or suits expressly excluded from coverage. Policy shall specifically provide for a duty to defend on the part of the insurer. The City, its officials, officers, agents, and employees, shall be included as additional insureds under the Products and Completed Operations coverage.

Products/Completed Operations Coverage. If the Products-Completed Operations coverage is written on a claims-made basis, coverage shall be maintained continuously for at least two (2) years after acceptance of work completed in accordance with the Agreement. Any combination of General Liability and Umbrella/Excess liability policy limits can be used to satisfy the limit requirement stated above. Automobile Liability, covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in connection with the provisions of the Products with minimum limits of: Combined Single Limit $1,000,000 per occurrence Watercraft Liability, which may be carried by the contractor of Seller providing such services applicable to the watercraft liability insurance, with the same minimum limits of: Combined Single Limit $1,000,000 per occurrence General Aggregate and Product Aggregate $2,000,000 Aircraft Liability, if the provision of the Products requires the use of aircraft, with a limit of liability of not less than $10,000,000 combined single limit. Professional Liability coverage, which may be carried by the contractor of Seller providing such services applicable to the professional liability insurance, if professional services are required, with a limit of liability of the greater of $5,000,000 or the value of the Purchase Order. Other insurance as required and as mutually agreed upon by the Buyer and the Seller.

  • Public Liability Insurance which will provide indemnity against the insured parties legal liability in the event of accidental death of or injury to third party persons and/or accidental loss of or damage to third party property arising directly from the execution of the contract with a limit of indemnity of R 100 million in respect of all claims arising from any one occurrence or series of occurrences consequent on or attributable to one source or original cause. The policy will be subject to a Deductible of R25 000 for Property Damage claims only but R250 000 where Loss or Damage involves Aircraft.

  • Professional Liability Insurance (if Applicable) $1,000,000 per occurrence limits of liability or whatever limit is customarily carried by the Contractor, whichever is greater, for design, design-build or any type of professional services with a minimum of three (3) years reporting of claims following completion of the project.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Insurance The Lessee shall procure and maintain a valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance indemnifying the Lessor with minimum coverage of $ for personal injury and $ for damage to property.

  • D&O Liability Insurance To the extent that the Company maintains a policy or policies of insurance (“D&O Liability Insurance”) providing liability insurance for directors and officers of the Company in their capacities as such (and for any capacity in which any director or officer of the Company serves any other Enterprise at the request of the Company), in respect of acts or omissions occurring while serving in such capacity, Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any other director or officer under such policy or policies.

  • Liability Insurance To the extent the Company maintains an insurance policy or policies providing directors' and officers' liability insurance, Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any Company director or officer.
