Professional and Professional s consultants shall endeavor to design the Project so as to achieve compliance within Owner’s budget for Construction Cost (hereinafter defined). Professional shall issue necessary drawings, specifications and other documents and information that describe the scope of the Project for Construction Manager’s or Owner’s other cost consultant’s use in preparing estimates of the Construction Cost. Throughout the design phase (and at any time before Owner’s approval of the Construction Documents), Owner may require Professional, as part of the Basic Services, to revise all or any portion of the design documents (e.g. Advanced Schematic Design Documents, Design Development Documents, and Construction Documents) to the extent that such revision is necessary to enable the Project to be constructed in accordance with Owner’s budget, Project schedule or other requirements established by Owner.
