Schematic Design Documents definition

Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.
Schematic Design Documents. Drawings, outline specifications, and room summary schedule developed to sufficient detail to convey an initial indication of the design of the project, functional relationships of interior areas, the relationship of the project to the site, other buildings and the campus, the materials to be used in construction, the types of mechanical, electrical and structural systems to be utilized.

  • If within the twenty-one (21) day review period the Agency determines that a submittal proposes significant changes that Developer failed to identify and provide a rationale for such changes, the Agency’s twenty-one (21) day review period to determine whether the submittal is consistent with the approved Schematic Design Documents and conditions of approval shall be extended to sixty (60) days.

  • The Agency staff may propose changes to the Complete Schematic Design Documents Application that do not conflict with the Redevelopment Requirements.

More Definitions of Schematic Design Documents

Schematic Design Documents means the Owner-approved Drawings and Specifications that illustrate the volume, scale, and relationship of massing, components, and materials, of the Deliverable Portion of Work.
Schematic Design Documents means a site plan; a schematic design establishing the general scope, conceptual design, and scale and relationships among the Components; preliminary specifications, specifically including quality of materials to be utilized in construction of the exterior of the Casino Complex; and elevations prepared by the Architect(s).
