PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE/PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, an employee placed on professional assistance or probation shall not be transferred during the professional assistance/probationary period unless it is mutually agreed that a transfer shall be in the employee's best interest.
