Professional Attire. All employees are to dress in attire that is neat and clean as well as consistent with the nature of their position and the particular work they perform. Employees who are inappropriately attired, in the reasonable judgment of their supervisor, will be directed to go home and return to work in appropriate attire. Refusal to follow such a directive will constitute insubordination. A subsequent occurrence home and back to work will be treated as an unpaid leave of absence. Employees are also expected to observe good habits of grooming and personal hygiene at all times.
