Professional Conference Expenses. The Board shall pay expenses to attend approved conferences approved in advance by the Superintendent. a. Single Day 1. Registration fee and CPDU management fees paid. 2. Mileage at current rate set by the IRS. 3. Lunch up to $10 if not covered by the registration fee. b. Two Day (Overnight) 1. Registration fee and CPDU management fees paid. 2. Mileage at current rate set by the IRS. 3. Up to $250 for meals and lodging. c. For overnight clinics/conferences that require more than one night’s stay, the Board will pay the second night’s stay with the approval of the Superintendent. d. Payment shall be from expense reports submitted by the teacher. Expense reports shall show the appropriate receipts.
