Common use of Professional Development Education Clause in Contracts

Professional Development Education. The Employer agrees to provide a professional development program to assist and encourage faculty to realize their professional potential. To achieve this purpose the program must be designed to meet the unique needs of the individual as well as the total needs of the faculty, and thus the program must include a variety of activities worked out in cooperation with the faculty.
