Professional Development for Adjunct Faculty. 15.4.1 All part-time Unit Members shall attend four (4) hours of Opening Day session(s) in each of the Fall and Spring Semesters that the Unit Member has an assignment. The part-time Unit Member will be compensated at the Unit Member’s current hourly lab rate as published on the Part-Time Equity Salary Schedule. Payment for the four (4) hours of staff development will be included in the Unit Members first payroll payment of the semester of the Opening Day session.
