Part-Time Unit Member Health Benefits Contribution. The District will contribute $125,000 annually to a “Part-Time Faculty Unit Member Health Fund” that will be used to supplement the premium costs of part-time faculty Unit Members who participate in the District-wide health plan. The money in the Part-Time Health Fund will be distributed to part-time faculty Unit Members who are enrolled in the District-wide health plan as stated in Article 8.3.

Part-Time Unit Member Health Benefits Contribution. Effective January 1, 2015, the District will contribute $25,000 annually to a “Part-Time Faculty Unit Member Health Fund” that will be used to supplement the premium costs of part- time faculty Unit Members who participate in the District-wide health plan. The money in the Part-Time Health Fund will be distributed to part-time faculty Unit Members who are enrolled in the District-wide health plan. As stated in Article 8.3, Unit Members who teach part-time for the District shall be eligible for medical insurance provided by the Xxxxxx Foundation Health Plan in accordance with the conditions noted in Article 8.3.1.1. As stated in Article 8.3.1.4.3, the District shall pay a share of the part-time faculty member’s premium that is equal to the percentage of a full-time load that the part-time faculty member is working in the Fall and/or Spring semester. The part-time faculty member shall pay the remaining balance of the premium, including the entire additional premium of any elected dependent coverage.

  • REGISTERED RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN 1. In this Article:

  • Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.

  • BENEFIT FUND The Trustees are authorized and directed to establish a study committee to review the legality, feasibility and desirability of setting up and maintaining an employee funded Section 125 Flexible Spending Account (FSA). If an FSA is determined to be legal, feasible and desirable in this context, the Trustees are further authorized and directed to establish such an arrangement and offer it to employees covered by this Agreement; provided that the FSA shall not be offered to employees of any Employer who is unwilling or unable to permit employee participation in the FSA.

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:

  • Retirement Savings Plan Within fifteen (15) days after the date of Termination of Employment, the Company shall pay to Employee a cash payment in an amount, if any, necessary to compensate Employee for the Employee’s unvested interests under the Company’s retirement savings plan which are forfeited by Employee in connection with the Termination of Employment.

  • Retirement Fund The sum of $ 7.90, May 1, 2019 (May 1, 2020 $8.07; May 1, 2021 $ 8.24) per paid hour; ex- cept that Apprentices starting after April 30, 1997 will have this amount pro-rated in ac- cordance with their term level;
