Common use of Professional Educator License Clause in Contracts

Professional Educator License. During the term of this contract, the Superintendent shall hold and maintain a valid and properly registered professional educator’s license and endorsements issued by the Illinois State Educator Preparation and Licensure Board qualifying him to act as Superintendent of the School District.
