Professional Fees. If either Landlord or Tenant should bring suit against the other with respect to this Lease, including for unlawful detainer or any other relief against the other hereunder, then all costs and expenses incurred by the prevailing party therein (including, without limitation, its actual appraisers', accountants', attorneys' and other professional fees, expenses and court costs), shall be paid by the other party.
