Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. (a) The Contractor must obtain and maintain a policy of professional and public liability and indemnity insurance with an insurer with a limit of liability not less than the amount specified in Item 10 of the Schedule for the duration of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months after the termination, however caused, of this Agreement. On reasonable request by the Company, the Contractor must liaise with the Company to ensure the insurer is approved by the Company (which approval will not be unreasonably withheld).

Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. The Consultant must: maintain current policies for Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance whilst performing the Services, which will: be for a sum not less than the minimum sum insured specified in the CONTRACT PARTICULARS; and in the case of Professional Indemnity Insurance, cover all liability which the Consultant might incur as a result of a breach by it of its obligations under the Contract; and provide evidence satisfactory to the Principal that the policy is current as required by the Principal from time to time.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Each Party shall be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY AND CYBER LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE In addition to the insurance required in Attachment C to this Contract, before commencing work on this Contract and throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor agrees to procure and maintain (a) Technology Professional Liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Contract, with minimum third party coverage of $1,000,000.00 per claim, $2,000,000.00 aggregate. To the extent Contractor has access to, processes, handles, collects, transmits, stores or otherwise deals with State Data, Contractor shall maintain first party Breach Notification Coverage of not less than $1,000,000.00. Before commencing work on this Contract the Contractor must provide certificates of insurance to show that the foregoing minimum coverages are in effect. With respect to the first party Breach Notification Coverage, Contractor shall name the State of Vermont and its officers and employees as additional insureds for liability arising out of this Contract.

  • Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance A. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall at all times maintain, at its expense, the following coverages and requirements. The comprehensive general liability insurance shall include broad form property damage insurance.

  • Professional Liability Insurance (if Applicable) $1,000,000 per occurrence limits of liability or whatever limit is customarily carried by the Contractor, whichever is greater, for design, design-build or any type of professional services with a minimum of three (3) years reporting of claims following completion of the project.

  • Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions Insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. Such insurance will cover all professional services rendered by or on behalf of PROVIDER and its subcontractors under this Agreement. Renewal policies written on a claims- made basis will maintain the same retroactive date as in effect at the inception of this Agreement. If coverage is written on a claims-made basis, PROVIDER agrees to purchase an Extended Reporting Period Endorsement, effective for two (2) full years after the expiration or cancellation of the policy. No professional liability policy written on an occurrence form will include a sunset or similar clause that limits coverage unless such clause provides coverage for at least three (3) years after the expiration of cancellation of this Agreement.
