Common use of Professional License Clause in Contracts

Professional License. Each permanent employee shall receive a .75% differential above his/her regular rate of pay on the salary schedule upon receipt of a professional license requiring a minimum of 60 hours of training or experience in a job related field. Professional licenses which require less than 60 hours of training or experience shall be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis.
