Professional Licenses, Registrations and Qualifications. Consultant and its subconsultants must be duly licensed in Oregon to perform the Services, as required by the applicable Oregon Revised Statutes and Oregon Administrative Rules, and other applicable laws. Consultant’s personnel and subconsultant personnel must be duly licensed to perform all Services which they will be performing under a resulting WOC, must be performing such Services under the "responsible charge" of a person so licensed (as that term is defined under ORS Chapter 672), or must be otherwise exempt from any licensing requirements applicable to the Services being performed.
