Professional Services Data Access. For the term designated under the Agreement, the data importer will, at its election and as necessary under applicable law implementing Article 12(b) of the EU Data Protection Directive, either: (1) provide data exporter with the ability to correct, delete, or block Professional Services Data, or (2) make such corrections, deletions, or blockages on its behalf.
