Common use of Program Action Plan Clause in Contracts

Program Action Plan. 1. The Implementing Entity shall: (a) implement the Program Action Plan agreed with the Bank, in a manner and substance satisfactory to the Bank; and (b) refrain from amending, revising, waiving, voiding, suspending or abrogating, any provision of the Program Action Plan, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written concurrence of the Bank. 2. In the event of any inconsistency between the provision of the Program Action Plan and those of this Agreement and/or the Loan Agreement, the provision of the latter agreements shall govern.

Program Action Plan. 1. The Program Implementing Entity shall: (a) implement the Program Action Plan agreed with the Bank, in a manner and substance satisfactory to the Bank; and (b) refrain from amending, revising, waiving, voiding, suspending or abrogating, any provision of the Program Action Plan, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written concurrence of the Bank. 2. In the event of any inconsistency between the provision of the Program Action Plan and those of this Agreement and/or the Loan Program Agreement, the provision of the latter agreements agreement(s) shall govern.

In the event of any inconsistency between the provision provisions of the Program Action Plan and those of this Agreement and/or the Loan Agreement, the provision of the latter agreements shall govern.

In the event of any inconsistency between the provision provisions of the Program Action Plan and those of this Agreement and/or the Loan Agreement, the provision of the latter agreements shall govern.
