Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. Without limitation on the generality of Part A of this Section I, the Program Implementing Entity shall:
(a) carry out each of the activities under its responsibility included in the Program Action Plan in accordance with the timeline included in such Program Action Plan and in a manner satisfactory to the Bank;
(b) recruit one or more independent verification agents on the basis of terms of reference, qualifications and experience satisfactory to the Bank, for the purpose of implementing the activities included in the verification protocol agreed with the Bank to document satisfaction of the DLRs and attached to the Karnataka Program Manual;
(c) ensure that the Karnataka Program Manual is maintained throughout the implementation of the Program in form and substance acceptable to the Bank; and implement its Respective Part of the Program in accordance with the provisions of the Karnataka Program Manual. The Karnataka Program Manual shall include: Program scope, roles and responsibilities of key institutions, details of science- based approaches, capacity building plan, procurement plan, budget allocations, MIS/monitoring and evaluation plan, value chains strengthening plan, WCs/GPs performance assessment plan, plan for dissemination of weather based advisories to farmers, a protocol for the application of the Anti-corruption Guidelines to the entities involved in the implementation of the Program and receiving proceeds of the Loan; and the verification protocol for the demonstration of the satisfaction of DLR; all in relation to Karnataka’s Respective Part of the Program; and
(d) except as the Bank may otherwise agree in writing, not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived, any provision of the Karnataka Program Manual. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Karnataka Program Manual and those of the Loan Agreement, this Agreement or any of the other Program Agreements, the provisions of the latter agreements shall prevail.
Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. Without limitation on the generality of Part 1 of this Section I.A, the Borrower shall carry out the Program Action Plan in accordance with the schedule set out in the said Program Action Plan in manner satisfactory to the Bank.
Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. 1. The Recipient shall carry out the Program Action Plan, in accordance with the schedule set out in the said Program Action Plan in a manner satisfactory to the Association and refrain from amending, revising, waiving, voiding, suspending, or abrogating, any provision of the Program Action Plan, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written concurrence of the Association.
2. The Recipient shall:
Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. 1. The Borrower shall carry out the Program Action Plan, or cause the Program Action Plan to be carried out, in accordance with the schedule set out in the said Program Action Plan in a manner acceptable to the Bank.
2. Except as the Bank may agree after consultation with the Borrower, the Borrower shall ensure that the Program Action Plan is not amended, waived, suspended, terminated or abrogated.
Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. Without limitation on the generality of Part A of this Section I, the Recipient shall: carry out the Action Plan, or cause the Action Plan to be carried out in accordance with the schedule set out in the said Action Plan in a manner satisfactory to the Association. no later than thirty (30) calendar days after Effectiveness, establish and thereafter maintain throughout the implementation of the Program a Steering Committee, with structure, functions and responsibilities satisfactory to the Association; said functions and responsibilities to include, inter alia, the coordination on health policy dialogue and the implementation of the activities under the Program.
Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. 1. The Recipient shall carry out the Program Action Plan, or cause the Program Action Plan to be carried out, in accordance with the schedule set out in the said Program Action Plan in a manner satisfactory to the Bank.
2. The Recipient shall:
(a) Appoint and thereafter maintain, at all times during the implementation of the Program, independent verification agents under terms of reference acceptable to the Bank (“Verification Agents”), to verify the data and other evidence supporting the achievement of one or more DLIs as set forth in the table in Section IV.A.1 of this Schedule 2 and recommend corresponding payments to be made, as applicable.
(i) Ensure that the Verification Agents carry out verification and process(es) in accordance with the Verification Protocol; and (ii) submit to the Bank the corresponding verification reports in a timely manner and in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
(c) In the event that there is a need for verification services prior to the appointment of the Verification Agents in accordance with sub-paragraph
(a) above, put in place adequate interim arrangements satisfactory to the Bank and approved in writing by the Bank for verification of the DLIs.
Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. 1. The Recipient shall carry out and cause the following to be carried out by the Program Implementing Entities: (a) the Program Action Plan in accordance with the schedule set out in the said Program Action Plan and in a manner satisfactory to the Association (“PAP”); (b) the Program in accordance with the directives set out in the Environmental and Social Systems Assessment (“ESSA”); and (c) the Program in accordance with the Program Operations Manual (“POM”), which shall have been adopted by the Recipient not later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, or at any later date agreed upon in writing with the Association, in consultation and in a manner and substance satisfactory to the Association.
2. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient or the Program Implementing Entities shall not amend or waive any provision of the PAP, ESSA or POM.
3. In case of any conflict between the terms of the PAP, ESSA or POM and those of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. 1. The Borrower, through MoF and MoCE, via NFOŚiGW, shall ensure their respective parts of the Program Action Plan are carried out, in accordance with the schedule set out in the said Program Action Plan in a manner satisfactory to the Bank.
Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. (a) Without limitation on the generality of Part A of this Section I, the Program Implementing Entity shall carry out:
(i) the Program Action Plan in accordance with the schedule set out in the said Program Action Plan in a manner satisfactory to the Association; and
(ii) the HEC Respective Part in accordance with the Program Operational Manual.
(b) If there is a conflict between the provisions set out in the Program Action Plan or the Program Operational Manual and the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
Additional Program Implementation Arrangements. 1. The Recipient shall maintain throughout the implementation of the Program, the operating guidelines and arrangements for PFI Agreements, Short Term Loan Window, RBF Program fund facilities, and Consulting Grants, established under the Tanzania Rural Electrification Expansion Program.
