Common use of Program Action Plan Clause in Contracts

Program Action Plan. 2. The Borrower shall carry out the Program Action Plan, or cause the Program Action Plan to be carried out, in accordance with the schedule set out in said Program Action Plan and in a manner acceptable to the Bank.
