Resident shall fully cooperate with UCMC and College in coordinating and completing UCMC, ACGME and RRC accreditation submissions and activities, including timely completion of patient medical records, charts, reports, time cards, statistical operative and procedure logs, faculty and Residency Program evaluations, and/or other documentation required by UCMC, ACGME, RRC, College or the Residency Program.
