Program Administration. The provisions of this Article shall be administered by the Director of Human Resources or designee, who shall make necessary rules, devise forms, keep records, investigate cases, and make decisions on allowance of pay for time off duty as provided by this Article, subject to the approval of the Board of Industrial Relations. Injury leave which is granted for reasons permissible under an FMLA leave shall count toward the twelve (12)-week per year limitation for the length of an FMLA leave.
