Common use of Program Affairs Clause in Contracts

Program Affairs. The Participants hereby designate MOC as the Program Manager who shall have the full and exclusive power and authority to manage, control and administer the business and affairs of the Program and the properties of the parties subject to this Agreement, except to the extent otherwise set forth herein and in the Partnership Agreement.
