Special Promotions (a) We may offer Special Promotions to you, on particular terms.
Program Narrative All restricted xxxxxx courses which are taught for the purpose of qualifying an individual for restricted xxxxxx license to practice barbering shall consist of a minimum of 1200 hours of training to prepare each restricted xxxxxx to service their communities.
Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period. The Contractor must submit documentation identifying the proposed: (1) starting and ending dates of the promotion, (2) commodities or contractual services involved, and (3) promotional prices compared to then-authorized prices.
END USER AGREEMENTS (“EUA H-GAC acknowledges that the END USER may choose to enter into an End User Agreement (“EUA) with the Contractor through this Agreement, and that the term of the EUA may exceed the term of the current H-GAC Agreement. H-GAC’s acknowledgement is not an endorsement or approval of the End User Agreement’s terms and conditions. Contractor agrees not to offer, agree to or accept from the END USER, any terms or conditions that conflict with those in Contractor’s Agreement with H-GAC. Contractor affirms that termination of its Agreement with H-GAC for any reason shall not result in the termination of any underlying EUA, which shall in each instance, continue pursuant to the EUA’s stated terms and duration. Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, termination of this Agreement will disallow the Contractor from entering into any new EUA with END USERS. Applicable H-GAC order processing charges will be due and payable to H-GAC
Promotional Increases Employees promoted from one job to another within the bargaining unit will be accorded the following pay treatment:
Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. The portions of said budget, which reflect services performed or money paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the Human Services Agency. B) In the event Contractor determines a reasonable business necessity to transfer funding between personnel and operating expenses specified in the budget submitted to the Human Services Agency the following will apply: 1. Contractor will notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate are between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. 2. Contractor will further notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate equal or exceed twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. In the event the Director of the Human Services Agency or her designee determines said transfer of twenty percent (20%) or more is inconsistent with the goals and objectives of the County Alcohol and Drug Services, she may require a re-negotiation of the Agreement.
Promotional Increase When an employee is promoted, the employee shall move to the new salary pay grade and shall be placed at a new salary step which provides a salary increase in an amount closest to, but not less than, a two (2) step increase in their pre-promotion pay grade. The date of this increase shall then become the employee's payroll anniversary date.
Program Activities Grantee must use the Grant Funds as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Program”).
Licensed Documentation If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet
User Agreements In order to receive certain LDC Databases, Member shall restrict use of these Databases to only those of its employees or consultants within its control who, in advance of gaining access to the specified Databases, have signed any necessary separate user agreements. The specific Databases for which such user agreements are required will be indicated by LDC and the terms and provisions of any such User Agreements supersede the terms of the Membership Agreement. Member may elect not to receive LDC Databases for which separate user agreements are required. Member shall maintain all signed user agreements on file for inspection by LDC upon its request and shall terminate access to the specified LDC Databases to individuals for whom the conditions contained in the user agreement no longer apply. To the extent that any of Member's consultants gain access to any LDC Databases, Member shall be responsible and liable for the actions and omissions of those consultants as though they were the actions of Member.
