Program Outline definition

Program Outline means, collectively, the program outlines agreed to by the Parties outlining each component of the Programs attached hereto as Exhibits C-1, C-2, C-3 and any subsequent additions as the Parties may determine.
Program Outline. DeIPL meets with the faith community team to review the Faith Efficiencies program, services, resources and costs and secure a signed agreement. • DeIPL works with the faith community to schedule an energy audit with a certified energy auditor/assessor. • DeIPL works with faith community to identify or enlist an Earth Care/Stewardship team. This team will assist in data collection on historic utility usage (bills), facility use and layout information to inform the energy audit and determine the cost. • DeIPL will invoice the faith community for 10% of the cost of the audit, to be paid upon receipt. The total cost of the audit is estimated to be $1,000-$2,500, depending on the size and characteristics of the facility. The SEU covers 90% of that cost. • DeIPL coordinates with the faith community to schedule a home energy forum for members of the congregation to share energy conservation tips, tools and financial resources, featuring SEU’s Home Performance with Energy Star program. • Energy audit is performed on-site in the company of faith community staff and/or available team members familiar with the facility. • Auditor provides a hardcopy/electronic report, including suggested remediation priorities, projected costs and anticipated savings, and return on investment information. An additional copy of the report becomes the property of the SEU, which is funding the program and monitoring its effectiveness. • DeIPL provides a spreadsheet and instructs assigned individuals on monthly tracking of utility costs/usage and savings identified with upgrades and repairs. • DeIPL works with faith community to prioritize the audit recommendations based on estimated savings, budget considerations, and available financial incentives. • Faith Community agrees to track and share information on energy usage and completed repairs and upgrades for one year. (cont’) In a good faith effort to contribute to the effective use of financial resources and overall success of the program, representatives of participating faith community have reviewed the program overview and agree to: • submit payment, upon receipt of invoice, for 10% of the total cost of the energy audit. Program Outline means the document agreed to by the Parties outlining the Program. The Program Outline is fully described and set forth in Exhibit A.

Examples of Program Outline in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding Section 5.1 of the Agreement, for purposes of this Second Program Outline, Affirm or its bank partner(s) is responsible for determining and modifying underwriting criteria in its sole discretion in compliance with Applicable Laws.

  • Affirm and/or its Affiliates shall disburse funds in connection with this Program Outline to each Eligible Merchant in accordance with the disbursement requirements associated with the Financial Product being offered as set forth in the Low AOV Program Outline or the High AOV Program Outline, as applicable, and as stated in the applicable Merchant Agreement.

  • For instance, if a Merchant is offering Low AOV via the POS Product, then the Payouts to Eligible Merchants will be as set forth in the Low AOV Program Outline.

  • Eligible Merchants are subject to Affirm’s OFAC Screen and will remain subject to Affirm’s Risk Approval Process as described in the Program Outline.

  • This Program Outline will only be applicable for the Alpha Phase (as defined below).

  • Payment processing shall be as set forth in the applicable Program Outline associated with the Financial Product being offered.

Program Outline means the document submitted by Program Manager to Bank outlining a Program concept for inclusion as an approved Program.

Related to Program Outline

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Program Staff means an employee or individual who by contract with the program provides a service and has the applicable competencies, qualifications, or certification required to provide the service.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).
