Applying the principles of risk makes it possible to identify threats and opportunities; assess and prioritize those threats and opportunities; and determine and prioritize strategies so that we can decide how to address future issues affecting the Federal-aid Highway Programs.

This helps Installer evaluate the effectiveness of its programs, comply with its external reporting obligations to funders and funding programs, and carry out its internal and external communication efforts. Program Assessment. 12.1 High school teacher/advisor assigned to this program will meet regularly with the appropriate College Connection Counselor, FUSD Secondary Education Director, and Ohlone Xxxx of Special Projects-Dual Enrollment in order to assess the progress of the program. It is the responsibility of the high school teacher/advisor, with the support of all participating high school and college record-keeping departments, to supply data needed to develop necessary information for evaluation purposes.
Program Assessment. The School Resource Officer Program shall be assessed annually, and the evaluation will be conducted jointly between the City of Xxxxxxx Police Department and district personnel. The following areas, at a minimum, will be used to evaluate the program: ● Success of established goals and objectives. ● An internal survey of high school administration, faculty and student council members or student panel selected by school administration, primarily concerning perceptions of safety and security. ● Traditional police-citizen contacts (citations, arrests, etc.,) ● Non-traditional police-citizen contacts (meetings attended, problem areas addressed, student and family interviews, etc.) ● Community feedback and reaction to police efforts to address issues concerning the schools and students. ● Accomplishment of tasks agreed upon as a part of any work plan written in conjunction with all the schools. ● The SRO’s effectiveness in the program will be evaluated at the end of each school year. The Principals of each school will provide input into the evaluation. This may include a recommendation to the Chief of Police for the officer to not be assigned to the SRO program the following year. The Chief of Police will seriously consider the evaluation and the input of the Superintendent when assigning a SRO to the program, and will make a good faith effort to address any concerns raised. Ultimately, however, the final decision on who will be assigned as the SRO is within the sole discretion of the Chief of Police. ● The Chief of Police will present an overall assessment of the program to the District Board of Trustees each year. ● The SRO will provide 3 updates over the course of the school year to the District Board of Trustees.

MoDOT Highway Safety and Traffic staff and FHWA agree to coordinated yearly meetings to identify safety and operations risk areas and strategies for the next performance year. The Highway Safety and Traffic Program Risk Assessment process identified the following top four risks for PY21 (performance year): • Fatalities and Serious Injuries on Missouri Roadways • Implementation of TSMO Strategies • Workforce Development • Policy Review and Updates in EPG
Program Assessment. If requested by UNT, Accent Global Learning will administer program evaluations and present results to UNT or provide written/oral feedback within two months of the end of the program. If UNT administers its own program evaluations, Accent Global Learning requests that UNT share information that is pertinent to Accent Global Learning.

Program Assessment. The effectiveness of the partnership will be assessed on an annual basis. A process and the criteria for this assessment will be mutually determined by Xxxxxx Xxxxxx State College and Xxxxxx County Community College. This report will be completed in collaboration by both organizations. This Memorandum of Understanding is in effect for a three-year period beginning on the date of its signature by the duly authorized parties.
Program Assessment. At the end of the Program's validity period, a general assessment will be prepared prior to the possible renewal of this agreement for implementation.
Program Assessment. The program will be reviewed every five years to evaluate the progress and to improve the quality of exchange mechanism. This Agreement may be terminated by either party providing the other through a written notice of its intent to terminate. Such notice shall be given at least one
(1) year prior to the effective date of the termination. Such termination shall not affect the dual PhD program students in effect prior to the effective date of the termination.
