Program Budget and Agreement Amount. The Grantee will be reimbursed at a rate of $40 for each water well sampled per sample event and associated work. The State will also reimburse the Grantee for all reasonable costs associated with transmitting the water samples/forms to the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), Drinking Water Laboratory (Laboratory). The agreement amount maximum is provided in the Drinking Water Long-Term Monitoring Allocation Schedule. All requests for payment must be submitted by the Grantee to the State as described in F.
