Program Closure. In the event of a program closure, the University shall follow all ACGME guidelines “regarding program closure/reduction” by making a reasonable effort to assist any affected residents in enrolling in another accredited residency training program. The University will provide notice to the union and affected residents consistent with the notification referenced in the ACGME guidelines.
