Common use of Program Communications Clause in Contracts

Program Communications. 5.1 The Recipient may include messaging in its own communications products and activities with regards to the use of Funds. 5.2 When undertaking such activities, the Recipient will provide the opportunity for AMO and Canada to participate and will recognize the funding of all contributors. 5.3 Canada and AMO agree that they will not unreasonably restrict the Recipient from: (i) using, for its own purposes, public communications products related to the Funds prepared by Canada or AMO (“Communication Products”) or, (ii) linking to web-based Communication Products. 5.4 Notwithstanding Section 4 of Schedule E, Canada retains the right to meet its obligations to communicate information to Canadians about the use of Funds through communications products and activities.
