Common use of Program Cost Clause in Contracts

Program Cost. In consideration of the services to be performed by Capital and various vendors and sub-contractors retained by it for printing, distributing, including the costs of renting mailing lists, copy writers, data processing, postage and other related costs, the Company agrees to pay Capital, which includes payment of Capital’s overhead incurred and profit in connection with performance of this Agreement, $690,000 as follows:

Program Cost. In consideration of the services to be performed by Capital and all of the various vendors and sub-contractors retained by it for printingcreating, distributing, including the costs of renting mailing lists, copy writers, data processing, postage and other related costs, the Company agrees to pay Capital, which includes payment of Capital’s overhead incurred incurred, and profit and all out of pocket disbursements, in connection with performance of this Agreement, the total sum of 2 million shares of the Company delivered to Capital in certificate form, and the total sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($690,000 150,000) as follows:
