Program Elimination Notice. The College shall provide one year's notice prior to the elimination of or substantial modification (to the point that a faculty member is no longer qualified to teach in that program) of an existing program unless the elimination or modification is due to an insufficient funds situation as specified in Article V, Section 11B2.
