Program Funding. 31.4.1 The Joint Panel shall establish and administer the PAR budget as allocated under AB1X legislation, subject to approval by the Board of Trustees. As appropriate, the Joint Panel shall recommend allocating additional PAR budget expenditures for programs such as, but not limited to: 31.4.1.1 The Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment Program as set forth in Article 4.5 of Chapter 2. 31.4.1.2 Any program that supports the training and/or professional development of permanent teachers. 31.4.1.3 Any program that supports the training and professional development of new teachers including, but not limited to, the Beginning Teacher Academy.
