Program Guide. The Program is governed by the Program Guide. The Member agrees to comply with the Program Guide as may be in effect from time to time. To the extent any applicable Federal Housing Finance Agency (such agency and any successor agency, the “Finance Agency”) regulations are inconsistent with any term or provision of this Agreement, the regulations shall control and govern the conduct and obligations of the parties.
