Common use of Program Monitoring and Data Reporting Clause in Contracts

Program Monitoring and Data Reporting. The recipient must monitor Exchange Visitors’ and Participants’ progress during their program and ensure that problems are identified and resolved quickly. (1) For U.S.-based activities, the recipient must use USAID’s official Exchange Visitor and Participant Training information system, currently called “Training Results and Information Network – TraiNet” (see xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/), to report and manage Exchange Visitor and Participant Training data.
