Appendix B Amendments The following Appendix B clauses are hereby amended as follows:
CHANGE ORDERS AND AMENDMENTS A. Any alterations, additions, or deletions to the terms of this Agreement, which are required by changes in federal or state law or by regulations, are automatically incorporated without written amendment hereto, and shall become effective on the date designated by such law or by regulation.
TARIFF AMENDMENTS 18.1 Subject to your right to terminate this Agreement, provided for in clause 16 above, SAMRO may at its own discretion amend its Tariff at any time.
PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS 35.1 The Company will undertake the responsibility for the printing of the collective agreements as may be required from time to time and will absorb the cost of such printing. This will include the cost of printing updated pages.
Printing of Agreement The Employer and the Union will share equally the cost of printing sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution by the Union. The content of the cover to this Agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
Agreed Amendments The MSAA is amended as follows.
Printing of Collective Agreement The Hospital and Union agree that the cost of printing the collective agreements will be shared equally between the parties. The Union will be responsible for having the collective agreements printed in booklet format within sixty (60) days of its signing by both parties.
