PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORTS. The parties to this agreement shall monitor the performance of the agreement activities to ensure that performance goals are being achieved. Performance reports must contain information on the following: - A comparison of actual accomplishments to the goals established for the period. Where the output of the project can be readily expressed in numbers, a computation of the cost per unit of output, if applicable. - Reason(s) for delay if established goals were not met. - Additional pertinent information.
