Common use of PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORTS Clause in Contracts

PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORTS. The parties to this agreement shall monitor the performance of the agreement activities to ensure that performance goals are being achieved. Performance reports must contain information on the following: - A comparison of actual accomplishments to the goals established for the period.
