Program Policies and Procedures. The center shall have procedures for orientation of the participant and/or family/caregiver to policies, programs, and facilities. A confidential record shall be maintained for each participant. Progress notes shall be written as indicated, at least quarterly, and maintained as part of each participant's record. The center shall comply with the state mandatory reporting procedures for reporting suspected abuse or neglect to the adult protective services agency. Staff will be trained in signs and indicators of potential abuse.
