CONTRACTOR Program Staffing and Training Requirements. The CONTRACTOR shall designate a person with appropriate training and experience to act as the transition coordinator. This staff person shall interact closely with the Department’s staff and staff from other CONTRACTOR’s to ensure a safe and orderly transition.

  • Program Requirements A. The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
