Common use of Program Transfers Clause in Contracts

Program Transfers. Any teacher transferred to an experimental or temporary program of the district shall be replaced by a full time teacher employed on an annual basis and shall be entitled to return to the teacher's former position if the position exists or to a mutually agreed upon position upon termination or reduction of such programs. New teachers employed in such terminated or reduced programs shall be placed in appropriate vacant positions in the district.
