Program Transfers. (a) In the event that a program is transferred to the Employer from the Yukon Territorial Government, involving employees being transferred into employment with the Employer, within the Union’s bargaining unit, the terms, conditions and entitlements that apply to those employees shall be the subject of negotiations with the Union. In the event that the Employer and Union do not resolve those matters the following shall apply.
