Programmatic Requirements. The recipient is responsible for providing documentation to the NRC that tracks each student’s progress in achievement of the academic program for which federal funds were provided. This includes: (1) ensuring the service agreement is signed by the student prior to providing support;; (2) providing the NRC with student contact information upon student entry into the program, upon completion or withdrawal from the program, and upon request by the NRC; and (3) monitoring the student’s fulfillment of the service agreement for the duration of the award. The NRC shall be notified immediately if a student is not fulfilling the academic program or the service agreement.
