Programming Plan. The programming plan of the Company (the "Programming Plan") shall consist of (i) a plan for the sale and distribution of the Company's Program Services, which may be offered on an a la carte basis, in tiers (such as basic, super-basic, expanded basic, etc.), on a pay-per-view basis or otherwise, (ii) the prices to be charged to subscribers, and (iii) the terms and conditions on which Program Services will be licensed from Programming Parties (or their Affiliated Program Providers) and other persons.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Registry Interoperability and Continuity Registry Operator shall comply with the Registry Interoperability and Continuity Specifications as set forth in Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”).
