Programming Standards. Programmer shall use its best efforts to ensure that the Programs conform to all FCC Requirements applicable to broadcast radio stations.
Programming Standards. The Programming will be in conformity with generally recognized industry standards and in accordance with the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the "Act") and the rules, regulations and policies of the Federal Communications Commission (the "Commission") and with those specific standards set forth in Appendix B to this Agreement. Programmer will make the Programming available to Licensee during a sufficient number of hours to enable the Stations to meet the minimum hours of operation required under the Commission's rules. All advertising messages and promotional material or announcements will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. Licensee acknowledges that the right hereby granted to Licensee to broadcast the Programming on the Stations is non-exclusive and that ownership of the Programming and all parts thereof and the right to authorize their use in any media whatsoever is and shall remain vested in Programmer.
Programming Standards. All programs supplied by Broker shall meet in all material respects all applicable rules, regulations and policies of the FCC and the standards set out in Exhibit C of this Agreement (the “Policy Statement”). Programming Standards. Broker shall furnish or cause to be furnished the air personnel and material for the Programming and all Programming shall be in accordance with the rules and requirements of the Federal Communications Commission (the "Commission"), including, without limitation, the Commission's rules on plugola/payola, lotteries, contests, station identification, political programming and political advertising rates; and the Programming shall include all announcements and disclosures (including but not limited to station identification announcements, EBS announcements, and sponsorship disclosures) necessary for the Station to comply with the Commission's rules and requirements. All Programming (including but not limited to all advertising spots and promotional material or announcements) (i) shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and policies; (ii) shall be produced in accordance with quality standards generally applicable in the market for similarly situated stations; and (iii) shall comply with Licensee's Program Policy Statement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment IV.
Programming Standards. Programmer agrees to cooperate with Broker in the broadcasting of programs of the highest possible standard of excellence and for this purpose to observe the following regulations in the preparation, writing and broadcasting of its programs.
Programming Standards. Manager agrees to abide by rules and regulations regarding contests and lotteries, elections, sponsorship identification, and obscenity and indecency with regard to the Programs provided to Owner.
Programming Standards. Broker, at the request of Licensee, will comply with the following regulations and restrictions in the preparation, writing and provision for broadcast of the programming on the Station:

Programmer shall furnish or cause to be --------------------- furnished, and Licensee shall cooperate in all reasonable respects to facilitate the furnishing of, Programming in accordance in all material respects with the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and requirements of the Federal Communications Commission (the "FCC or the "Commission"), including, without limitation, the Commission's rules on plugola/payola, lotteries, contests, station identification, minimum operating schedule, political programming and political advertising rates; and the Programming shall include announcements and disclosures (including but not limited to station identification announcements, EAS announcements, and sponsorship disclosures) necessary for each of the Stations to comply with the Commission's rules and requirements. In the event that Licensee determines, based on the exercise of Licensee's good faith reasonable business judgment, that Programmer has failed to comply in any material respect with the standards of the preceding sentence, Licensee may suspend or cancel any such Programming not in compliance. Programmer agrees that it will not change the current programming format of the either of the Stations during the Term.
