Common use of PROGRAMS COVERED Clause in Contracts

PROGRAMS COVERED. 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on section 205.5 "Thresholds for major federal assistance programs" of the regulations codified at 31 CFR Part 205 as it applies to the programs listed in the State of Missouri Single Audit for fiscal year ending 06/30/2020. All major Federal assistance programs shall be covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in section 4.4 of this Agreement.
