Progress Notes and Records. Objective: The Contractor shall maintain and organize case notes of service delivery activities provided to or on behalf of each Child’s service delivery folder. 1. The Contractor shall ensure case notes and records identify the child and contain information about Family Mentoring services provided to the child’s family. a. Within two (2) business days after meeting with each Child and his/her family, the Contractor shall maintain and update progress notes of service delivery activities, as follows: b.
