MINUTES AND AGENDA Minutes will be available within three (3) working days of a meeting. A copy will be provided for each committee member, one copy will be posted on the notice board and another will be retained for records. The agenda will be posted two (2) weeks prior to the meeting. If anyone wishes to add items to the agenda they must be received at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The agenda will be finalised and distributed to committee members one (1) week prior to the meeting.
