Common use of Progress Report Clause in Contracts

Progress Report. (1) Where formal progress reports are required by the Contract, the Contractor shall render such reports at such time and in such form as may be specified by the Authority, or as otherwise agreed between the Contractor and the Authority. (2) The submission and acceptance of progress reports shall not prejudice any rights of the Authority under the Contract.
