Progress Reports During Design and Construction. Beginning with the date of this Agreement, The Grant Recipient shall submit quarterly Progress Reports to NYSERDA’s Project Manager no later than the 15th day of the month immediately following the end of each quarter (or such later date as NYSERDA’s Project Manager may agree in its reasonable discretion). Progress Reports will end with submission of the final construction report.
