Common use of Progression to Continuing Appointment Clause in Contracts

Progression to Continuing Appointment. Member holding a Candidacy Appointment, as defined in clause 14.3, must be considered for a Continuing Appointment not later than the September 15 following the point at which the Member has accrued 30 months of service in a Candidacy Appointment. A Member shall be notified by the President whether or not they have been granted a Continuing Appointment no later than December 15 of the academic year in which they were considered.
