Prohibited contents. The licensed websites may not contain nor encourage or endorse the following contents in any way: Gam- bling, alcohol, tobacco products, illegal drugs, pornography, music piracy, violence and other illegal or un- lawful content/activities as well as those which might be harmful to the interests of the entitled rights owners or performing artists such as obscenities or any other abusive or grossly inappropriate behaviour. This shall specifically apply to, but is not limited to, copyright infringements (including file sharing), racism, homophobia, instigation of violence, fraud, or infringements of the rights of third parties. Prohibited contents. The licensed websites may not contain or encourage, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, pornography, illegal drugs, music piracy, violence, profanity, vulgarity, offensive (including abusive or inappropriate) content as well as any illegal or unlawful content/activities. The foregoing includes, but is not limited to, copyright infringement (including file sharing), racism, homophobia, hatred, fraud, or infringement of the rights of others.
Prohibited contents. This parking space is for the keeping of property only, and may not be used for residential purposes, to house live animals, or to store anything that is a health hazard, including perishable food items. Tenant shall not place or keep on the premises any explosives, flammable liquids, toxic chemicals, gasoline, fuel oil, lubricants, tires, batteries, contraband or other goods prohibited by local, state or federal law. Tenant agrees to abide by these rules promulgated by Owner governing the use of these premises. Tenant agrees to pay any costs to safely remove prohibited contents.

  • PROHIBITED DECKING AREAS Purchaser shall not deck right-of-way timber in the following areas:  Within the grubbing limits.  Within 50 feet of any stream.  In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism.  In locations that impede drainage.  On slopes greater than 40%.  Against standing trees unless approved by the Contract Administrator.
