toxic chemicals definition
toxic chemicals means toxic chemicals as defined under Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (also cited as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act) 42 U.S.C. Section 11001, as from time to time amended.
toxic chemicals toxic substances", "toxic waste", "toxic materials", "contaminants", "pollutants", "carcinogens", "reproductive toxicants" or any variant or similar designations; and (E) any other substance which is regulated under any Environmental Laws, provided such substance is present in the action levels, concentrations or quantity thresholds specified herein.
